In December 1999, we lost our 2 1/2 year old Tortie Persian Sassy.  We had
always had Persians (we still have 3) but we were intrigued by the
colouring and supposed silliness of the Himalayans.  On an icy Sunday we
happened to see an ad in the paper for Himalayans.  Heartbroken, I phoned
Bonnie and that was my lucky introduction to one of the kindest ladies I
have ever met!  Bonnie welcomed us into her home and spent several hours
showing us each and every cat and kitten - her cattery is out of this
world!  It is absolutely spotless and is beautifully decorated with lots
of toys and beautiful kitty wallpaper borders.  You would almost want to
settle into her nursery and have a nice nap!

On that bleak Sunday, we welcomed Bailey's Irish Cream (a Cream Point)
into our lives - he was about 4 months old at the time and he has added so
much fun to our lives that we have never looked back!  He is absolutely
delightful!  He loves to run in front of us and just flop down so we have
no other choice to pat him!  He perches on the back of my husband's
lazy-boy chair and watches the world at large - Bailey will also mooch
bacon from Michael given the opportunity!

In February of 2001, we introduced Teddy into our home.  Teddy is a
beautiful SealPoint Himmy.  He was very special to Bonnie and we feel very
fortunate to have him.  He is just over one year old now and he has not
stopped growing.  He is friendly, loves to play with his feline friends -
particularly Bailey!  He is an absolute joy as well.

I stopped in to see Bonnie in August of this year and she asked if we
would like another Himmy.  Thumper had finished breeding and Bonnie was
looking for a good home for her.  We were extremely honoured but somewhat
hesitant to add another kitty to our home - she would make an even half
dozen!  Needless to say, Thumper is an absolute doll and has made her home
with us.  We are so thrilled to have her - she has settled right in and is
the Queen of the Manor!  The five boys pay her lots of respect!  We just
love her!

Bonnie's kittens and cats are so well-loved and are so well cared for.  I
am honoured to be asked to give a reference; please feel free to contact
me at nancy_wright@ocdsb.edu.on.ca should you have any questions.  Your
life will be so much more enriched once you have met Bonnie, Larry and all
of their furry friends!
